Housebrands Toolkits are online development programmes and are sold on a licence basis. Licences are issued to a named organisation and only authorised personnel from that organisation may use the online programme. Licences last for one year.
Your organisation will be granted a limited licence to access and use the Online Programme for the express purpose of creating your organisation’s brand definition.
The licence prohibits you from downloading, storing, reproducing, transmitting, displaying, printing, copying, distributing, or using Materials retrieved from the Online Programme except where specifically allowed in the context of developing your organisation’s brand definition.
No part of the programme can be printed with the exception of the worksheets you complete on behalf of your organisation through the course of the programme. Copies of these may be distributed within your organisation but must not be shared outside.
All right, title, and interest (including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights) in the Online Programme and Materials (in both print and machine-readable forms) belong to us (Housebrands Toolkits Ltd). You acquire no ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights or proprietary interest in the Online Programme, Materials, or copies thereof.
You may not use the Online Programme or Materials retrieved from the Online Programme in any fashion that infringes the copyright or proprietary interests therein.
You may not remove or obscure the copyright notice or other notices contained in Materials retrieved from the Online Programme.
